Ordering
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Simply click the tracking link in the email, or enter the tracking number directly on the carrier's website to see the latest delivery status and estimated arrival date.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email yet, it means your order is still being processed. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing after placing your order. If it has been more than 2 business days and you still haven't received tracking information, feel free to contact us at support@pizzannu.com with your order number, and we'll look into it right away.
What information do I need to provide when placing an order?
To complete your order smoothly, please have the following information ready:
- Email address — We'll use this to send your order confirmation, shipping updates, and tracking information.
- Shipping address — Including your full name, street address, city, state/province, postal code, and country.
- Phone number — Required by the carrier for delivery purposes, in case they need to reach you about your package.

- Payment details — A valid credit card or other accepted payment method to complete your purchase.
Double-check that all your information is correct before submitting your order, especially your shipping address and email. If you notice any errors after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@pizzannu.com with your order number, and we'll try to update it before your order ships.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, you can request a cancellation or modification, but it must be done quickly. Since we begin processing orders within 1-2 business days, we can only accommodate changes before your order has been packed and shipped.
To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us immediately at support@pizzannu.com with your order number and the change you'd like to make. The sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can help. Once your order has shipped, we're unable to cancel or modify it — but you can still return the item after delivery following our 30-day return policy.

How long will it be before I receive my order?
We process and pack all orders within 1-2 business days after your order confirmation email is sent. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way, so you can track your package in real time.
Please note that during peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience!
What are the shipping options and costs?

Delivery typically takes 6-12 business days from the date of shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure your package reaches us safely.

When can I expect delivery of my order?
You can expect your order to arrive within 6-12 business days total. This includes 1-2 business days for processing and packing after your order confirmation email is sent, plus 5-10 business days for shipping and delivery to your location.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package in real time. Please allow slightly longer during peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, but only if your order hasn't shipped yet. Since we process orders within 1-2 business days, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pizzannu.com with your order number and the correct shipping address, and we'll do our best to update it before your package ships.
If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we're unable to change the shipping address. In that case, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly with your tracking number to see if a redirect or delivery update is possible.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your online returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date your order is delivered. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange, as long as the item is unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Here's how the process works:
- Contact us at support@pizzannu.com with your order number and the reason for your return within 30 days of delivery.
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back.
- Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Please note that if you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

How can I apply for a return or refund?
Applying for a return or refund is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Email us — Contact support@pizzannu.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for your return.
- Receive your return authorization — We'll review your request and reply with a return authorization along with detailed shipping instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back — Pack the item securely in its original packaging, making sure it's unworn and in original condition. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can confirm delivery.
- Get your refund — Once we receive and inspect your returned item (3-5 business days), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If you'd like an exchange instead of a refund, just let us know in your initial email and we'll help you find the right size or style.
Which items are not eligible for return?
To ensure fairness and quality for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Worn or used items — Shoes that show visible signs of wear beyond trying them on indoors.
- Items without original packaging — All products must be returned in their original shoe boxes and packaging.
- Damaged or altered items — Items that have been modified, repaired, or damaged due to improper care or handling by the customer.
- Items returned after 30 days — Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Clearance or final sale items — Products marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, this policy does not apply — contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pizzannu.com and we'll resolve it for you right away.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
It depends on the reason for your return:
If the return is due to a change of mind (wrong size, doesn't fit, changed preference):
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
We will cover the full cost of return shipping. Contact us at support@pizzannu.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll provide a prepaid return label along with instructions on how to send the item back.
For exchanges:
If you're exchanging for a different size or color, you'll need to cover the return shipping for the original item. The new item will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.
In all cases, once we receive and inspect your returned item (3-5 business days), your refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.

As a PIZZANNU affiliate, you'll earn a competitive commission on every qualifying sale referred through your unique affiliate link. The more you promote, the more you can earn.
