Shoes must be unworn and in their original condition.
Original Packaging
All original shoe boxes, dust bags, and tags must be included.
Proof of Purchase
Order number or receipt must be provided.
Within 30 Days
Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, PIZZANNU will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you.
Recommended Carrier: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Provide Details
Include photos of the product and a brief description of the issue for faster processing.
Ship It Back
Once approved, pack your item securely and ship it to the address we provide.
Refund Processing Time
Inspection Period

Business days to inspect the returned item upon receipt.
Refund to Account
5 - 10 Days
Business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the defect and your order number.
