Gorgeous. But comes with a warning? Weird

These are so pretty and adorable. I bought them for my daughter's upcoming wedding, but I haven't actually wore them in a long stretch yet, only around the house. Seem like a comfortable shoe, however, as some people mentioned, I don't have thick ankles so they are perhaps 1/4" large. I'n going to break them in because they say (in the package when it arrives), that the "top lip" (weird description and had to Google it and silver flakes) can chaff your upper foot but goes away after you wear them a few times... Let ya know.
